This one will dissolve in short time
Seeing how this product started out on the Mac and was shut out by Superior products like GoLive and Dreamweaver it's only a matter of time before this goes away.

Another thing this company does is sell it's old versions concurrently on store shelves while a newer version is out. This was the case of owning version3 when 4 was out. Not even a discount rebate. We had ordered several for the office.

NetObjects also bought out a free statistics program called iClicks and without notice decided to go from free service to 60 dollars a month.

This company will betray you one day as they need every scrap dollar they can find. I'm only writing this review to warn people who like to do business with reputable companies. Go with Adobe or Macromedia and forget these clowns.

Web sites with consistancy without days of class
I found that NetObjects is not only economical, but easy to understand and use. You can design web sites that are consistent as to style and links, yet dynamic and interesting. Easy to understand. If you have used any publishing program before, you will have your web site up and running within a day. And it will look GOOD!

Absolutely the best
I'm by no means a web guru however after trying three competitive web design packages Net Object fusion 5.0 wins hands down. If you want to build a site fast and dirty this is the software for you. In the other packages the navigation is slow and confusing. The features are available in both but the user friendly interface of net objects fusion allows you to dedicate your valuable time to developing your store not learning a cumbersome software package. Absolutely the Best!
I've been using Homestead since February 2000 and Homestead Professional since May 2001.
I found it extremely easy to learn and use.
I created an entire web site with over 8 pages using their software.
I added my own photos and use graphics from the Homestead Site Builder.
The instructions were written for folks like me with very little computer knowledge.
I found their support as one of the companies strongest assets. Since I am a novice at computers, I had many questions. They were answered promptly.
I highly recommend this company and product.

Easiest Web Site Software
I just found Homestead Professional 6 months ago and have built 2 web sites with it. I was shocked at how easy it was to use! In just 2 hours, I created a nice looking web site with a photos, a web poll, a guest book and links to other sites. I doubt you can find anything easier to use.

Homesite Professional
For beginners this is a good program, but for more advanced users - who like to get in, modify, and have the site reflect those modifications - it feels like wading through quick sand. Plus, if you ever hire a competent web-developer to make modifications to the site, it's actually going to cost you more because (s)he will need to use Homestead to modify the site.
