Excellent time killer
If you have ever liked to watch Sherlock Holmes movies these are excellent time killers. I purchased this CD-Rom mostly for the novelty but I actually found myself enjoying these movies. I sometimes find I have time to kill; waiting for my car at the service center, downloading files from the internet, etc. and this occupies those dull moments. Amazing CD
The collection of issues listed on this CD (AF#15 &Spider-Man #1-90 from 1962) are definitely must-haves for any Marvel or Spidey fan and they are definitely one of the reasons why Marvel Comics was on top of its game for so many decades. This digital collection of comics includes Spider-Man's first ever appearance: "Amazing Fantasy #15" from 1962 and that's followed by the first 9 issues of "Amazing Spider-Man" from the 1960's! Each issue on this CD is rendered in an eye pleasing "PDF" style which means you can zoom into the images without any real distortion. There's even an option for you to print out entire issues on your home printer in colour or in a special "Black And White Outline" mode. If you haven't been able to get your hands on these 10 issues in the past and you're a comic fan, then this series of Digital Marvel Comic CD's by the "SNAP!" company are MUST HAVES.

What could have made this CD pack even better would be the inclusion of some of the later and really important issues as bonuses. A few issues that ranged through the late 1960's to the late 1990's where the original Marvel Universe ultimately met its demise. Some ideas would be: the first appearance of Green Goblin, Harry's first battle with drugs, alcohol and depression (that storyline was the first of it's type for comic books at that time), The death of Gwen Stacy, The first Black Cat appearance, The first battle with The Sinister Six, The first Black Costume adventure away from the Secret Wars... These storylines could have made some great bonus items or they could even make a nice follow-up CD. Hey, I'd even love to see a collection of Spidey's 1970's/80's "Marvel Team-Up" Issues on a CD, but we can't have everything can we ;-)
That aside, this Digital Marvel Comic CD is worth every dollar, especially if you're a fan of Spider-Man or want to show the world how Spider-Man really got started.

If you're looking for the Hulk...LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
Even at only $10, this is not worth the money.
Mainly because I bought this expecting a Hulk comic.
Didn't realize he is now only Bruce Banner with Hulk powers.
Only the Cover panels contained pictures of the Green Monster called the Hulk, the rest was a MAJOR disappointment!
The 3D effects were ok, but only containing two small CD's, and only two 3D comics, not worth more than $3. ... Read more

TV throw the ages
I fell that from being able to view the adverts from the 50s and 60s I was able to understand properly were the marketing strategies of today come from. As I am currently doing a 2 year Media Studies cause I found this product most usful and at [the price] it was also a great buy I would recomend this to anyone who is doing Media Studies or just intrested in television in general.
