What a great CD!
Rugrats Munchiin Land rules! I love the Rugrats episode No Place Like Home which is the Rugrats' way of telling the story The Wizard of OZ. Susie is sick in the hospital. While her tonsils get removed, she dreams a story like The Wizard of OZ. That's an episode summary. Here's a game summary. The kids are at the park. Anjelica starts spinning them really fast. Then, in her spinning the force pulls her on too. Tommy asks,"Anjelica, if your'e not pushing us, who is?" Suddenly the merry-go-round flies up in the sky and falls in the land of Odd.... This is the perfect fun for anyone.

Based on the special of the same name, Rugrats: All Growed-Up is anarcade game aimed at kids in the 7-years-and-older age range, offering minimaleducational content and lots of action. The prematurely aged Rugrats movethrough maze after maze, dodging falling books in the library, avoidingkid-eating plants in the greenhouse, and ducking bats in the basement. Along the waythey must climb ladders, jump gaps in their path, and solve puzzles to unlockstubborn doors. Finishing one maze will create opportunities to explore others,and along the way players can collect Spooky spheres which will enable them tofree another time-accelerated Rugrat for use in gameplay.

As maze games go, All Growed-Up offers plenty of entertainment andchallenge. Its graphics are bright and easy to decipher, making it a good gamefor children who are frustrated when their next step is obscure or nonintuitive.The player feedback is as supportive as fans of the show might expect: miss ajump or fall prey to a spooky spider, and the other Rugrats will heckle you. If you are buying this for a kid, don't bother
Don't waste your money on this one. It is ridiculous to expect a child to be able to play this game by using keyboard commands. My daughter is 8-years-old and very computer capable. She found this game completely frustrating. I usually take my lumps in life, but this game was such a complete waste of money that I am writing to THQ, Nickelodeon, and the corporate offices of ...(the store where my daughter bought this software with gift money) with the hope that someone out there will refund her money.

I hate jumping
I love the Rugrat, but... I bought this game for my sister because I thought it would be a good quality game made by the popular thq. Its very hard and not for kids. My sister and I fell a 100 times trying to jump. We haven't played the game since Christmas. Word of advice, don't buy it or wait for the price drop because it is not worth it.

Frustrating!
This game is way too frustrating for any age group. I played it with my 6-year old nephew and 10-year-old niece, and none of us can use the keyboard well enough to succeed.

The game works like a Super Mario Brothers arcade of ladders and roadblocks. The problem is that the keyboard commands do not respond well and a mouse is not supported. If you don't hit the spacebar-cursor key combination just right, you fall when trying to jump, and each time you fall, you must redo a very long sequence of moves to get back to where you left off. This becomes boring and extremely frustrating--leaving the 6-year-old near tears, the 10-year-old banging keys, and me wondering how this game ever made it past the testing stage.

THQ, the manufacturer, makes a lot of games for all the popular video game machines. Perhaps with a video game controller, this game can play well, but it does not translate to a computer keyboard.

I love this game!! It's the best!! You can play the 'growed' up Rugrats in an thrilling adventure and you can also play all the new characters like Kimi and Dil! That's what I love about the game 'cause Kimi is my fav character.

Those rascally Rugrats are back again, bringing the usual chaos anddirty-diaper jokes along for the ride. Not surprisingly, Rugrats in Parisis more about the Rugrats than about Paris; its five games starring theadventurous ankle biters all lead to the return of poor Chuckie's beloved Wawa.Each game needs to be discovered on the main board before it can be played, andhunting them down can be pretty time-consuming. During your search, you'll findplenty of goofy animations to click on; each one is highlighted when the cursorchanges into a bright-red exclamation point.

The games can be played using three skill levels--if you start a game on a levelthat is too hard, simply restart the game by clicking on the Change Level icon.In addition to existing as stand-alone activities, each game--from Ooey-GooeyLand to Ninja Chase--brings the kids one step closer to reclaiming Chuckie'slost Wawa. And the pursuit of keys, shovels, and chocolate bonbons for Angelicaleads to more information and new areas to explore. None of the games areparticularly difficult, nor are they especially educational. But, by focusing onsimple pointing and clicking to win, kids will use motor skills andproblem-solving abilities to earn the final prize: the Wawa.

Installation is quick, and the program runs smoothly on machines beefy enough tomeet the minimum system requirements. While it can't be considered educational or particularly redeeming (the babies' grammatical errors are amusing, but atrocious), there are few games that are as utterly addictive. This game is terrific, borrowing from adult-oriented games to include lengthy movie-like introductions for each mystery.

Kids get to play various games to win candy bars to be used as bribes for schoolyard informants. The games are simple enough, although the decision to use the arrow keys--rather than the mouse--means that this is a game that requires good keyboard coordination. (Children younger than six will most likely be frustrated.) There's nothing informative and no lessons to be learned in this game, it's just pure entertainment--which is why it's likely to be a household favorite.

The scenarios are witty and fun, with a little bit of bathroom humor that will crack kids up. Detective Tommy is searching for the "poop-atrator," who is going to be sent to the "big house" (Mom and Dad's) for the "biggest time-out ever." The wordplay in this game, as in the TV series and movie, will make kids laugh, but more than that, the structure of the game itself is sound. A truly immersive experience, the well-crafted animation makes this one of the best games we've seen.
